    TENANT FEES

    tenants fees We are proud to be members of ARLA; NALS; and have an operational client money protection scheme as part of our membership of Propertymark. We are also a registered “Safe Agent” and subscribe to that organisation’s client money protection scheme. In line with the Tenant Fees Act 2019, we require one month’s rent in advance and a sum equal to five weeks rent as a security deposit. In order to secure a tenancy, you will be required to pay a refundable holding deposit capped at no more than one weeks rent. As company policy, we also require a guarantor who must be a UK property owner.

    We do not charge tennants.
